ANTHONY BIGGS
Fitness has always been more than a job for me, it’s a way of life. With over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.My journey started with a deep curiosity of how the body works and how movement can be used not just to build strength, but to heal.
That curiosity led me to pursue numerous certifications in personal training. I then expanded my knowledge with a Recreation Management Diploma, learning how to design inclusive, engaging programs that meet the diverse needs of individuals and communities.
I followed that up with obtaining a Physiotherapy Assistant Diploma, where I developed a strong foundation in rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise.I believe in the power of exercise to transform lives. I specialize in helping older adults and people with various disabilities, guiding them toward their goals with motivation, empathy, and a customized approach.I believe that health is wealth and that if you take care of your body and treat it as a temple, then you will live a long and healthy life, and one that you are proud of.
